After the list discussion back in the fall about slides and
gpresent, Deri tinkered with gropdf and I with om.tmac to implement
slides with mom/gropdf.  I think the mom side of things is done, but
I'm holding off releasing the new version until gropdf is ready.

It would be nice to have the mom version with slides in the next
official groff release, but if it's going to hold things up, I can
patch the current version with non-slide-related additions and fixes
(i.e. do a minor version release) for the groff release.
