Most of the patches has been already approved with minor changes. Colin
has his commit rights to the repository. If he do not feel like
committing the code in (no time to cleanup or what ever the reason is),
who is anyone else having any say to commit them in?

Of course there is really old version that needs some rewriting after
GSoC there, but other than that it is in my opinion really Colin's
responsibility to contribute/commit the code in.
