Finally, both libgta and gtatool reached version 1.0.0!
There were no significant changes to the file format or the libgta API
since 0.9.4.
Gtatool has several new features, e.g. import and/or export of
multimedia data via FFmpeg and libsndfile, and import/export of PLY
vertex data and PCD point cloud files.
