    Remove obsolete rtl tests
    
    * test-suite/tests/rtl.test (accum, cached-toplevel-ref)
      (cached-toplevel-set!, cached-module-ref, cached-module-set!): Remove
      tests that use box instructions.  These tests have done their time and
      now aren't of much value.
