"Bug" in num2integral.i.c...

I've added a --enable-error-on-warning argument to ./configure and
I've been using it (once I commit it, I encourage other developers to
do the same). I'd really like for us to be -Werror clean, given
whatever set of warnings we deem appropriate.

So far, most of the files seem to be clean, but I just hit this
(probably minor) bug someone familiar with the code might want to
check.

In file included from numbers.c:4220:
../libguile/num2integral.i.c: In function `scm_short2num':
../libguile/num2integral.i.c:90: warning: comparison is always true
due to limited range of data type
