I think this got lost when the toplevel "module" directory was
introduced. The attached patch restores it; OK to commit?

* am/guilec: Set ETAGS_ARGS.
* module/Makefile.am: When adding sources to EXTRA_DIST, add them to
ETAGS_ARGS too.
