SCM_GC_P was using scm_gc_heap_lock, but that's gone from 1.8. I
changed it to scm_gc_running_p which looks like it's the same thing,
as far as deciding whether a callback into scheme is allowed to be
made. I don't think I've actually seen that test go off though.
