It's been fixed 2 years ago by Andy, see commit f37f03b on master.
For some historical reasons I guess, there is no stable branch on savannah for
the
guile gnome platform project. Tbh I do prefer this schema [then guile's one I
mean],
but that is a matter of taste of course.
Rather, we have master [the stable branch], devel [the one I'm working on to
prepare
2.16.3], clutter [the clutter stable branch] and clutter-devel [the one I'm
working
on to prepare 1.12]
Guile-gnome should be released soon now, 2.16.3, I hope within 1 or 2 weeks if
everything goes well.
In the mean time, any help is welcome, 1 thing you could easily do is checkout
the
guile-gnoe devel branch:
./autogen.sh
./configure [--prefix=/yourprefix]
make
make check
make install
and report any problem here or on guile-devel [do not report guile, neither
gnome
deprecated related messages].
Cheers,
David
