    gnu: python-ipython: Update to 3.2.1.
    
    * gnu/packages/python.scm (python-ipython, python2-ipython): Update to 
3.2.1.
      Add optional dependencies required for notebooks.
      (python-ipython): Fix and enable tests (1 still failing).
