in repository guix.

      from  afd3d93   Use "normalized codesets" everywhere.
       new  85b81cf   packages: Use locales from the /X.Y sub-directory of the 
locale package.
       new  2ebe938   doc: Mention that /X.Y must be used for GUIX_LOCPATH.

The 2 revisions listed above as "new" are entirely new to this
repository and will be described in separate emails.  The revisions
listed as "adds" were already present in the repository and have only
been added to this reference.
