    * gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (star): Update to 2.5.1b.
    [source]: Remove bundled htslib sources and pre-built binaries.
    [arguments]: Add phase "do-not-use-bundled-htslib".
    [inputs]: Add "htslib".
