    Rename '/root/etc/dmd' directory and 'do-not-kill' file.
    
    * gnu/services/base.scm (%do-not-kill-file): Rename to
      "/etc/shepherd/do-not-kill".
    * gnu/build/linux-boot.scm (mount-root-file-system): Rename
      "/root/etc/dmd" to "/root/etc/shepherd".
