    * guix/import/hackage.scm (guix-package->hackage-name, hackage-package?)
      (latest-release): New procedures.
      (%hackage-updater): New variable.
    * guix/scripts/refresh.scm (%updaters): Add it.
    * doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix refresh): Mention it.
