    * gnu/local.mk: Remove python-file-double-encoding-bug.patch
    * gnu/packages/patches/python-file-double-encoding-bug.patch: Delete file.
    * gnu/packages/python.scm (python-file)[source]:
    Remove "python-file-double-encoding-bug.patch".
