GNU accepted for GSoC

Hello!

GNU was accepted as a mentoring organization for Google’s Summer of
Code, which means we should start discussing the ideas for Guix in more
details.

The current list of ideas is at
<http://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/ideas-2014.html>, but we can
still amend it.

If you’re an eligible student, then come and chat with us on this list
and on the #guix Freenode IRC channel.

If you’re already a Guix hacker and would like to mentor one of these
ideas or submit a new, please speak up!  :-)
