[PATCH] emacs: Add support for modifying options during operation confirmation.

Hello,

This is a little improvement for Emacs UI.

I often found myself modifying ‘guix-dry-run’ variable during
experiments with Guix.  So I thought it would be more convenient to see
the current state of "substitutes" or "dry-run" options and to change
them on the fly, i.e. when you are prompted for confirmation of the
package operation.

It's better to see what I mean, then to read about it, so I'm also
attaching a little screenshot.  Along with the usual "y" or "n" answers,
you can press "s" or "d" to toggle the current state of the options.

I would like to push it, unless someone has comments, questions, …
