ngs-sdk on mips

Hello Ricardo,

ngs-sdk fails to build on mips:
   http://hydra.gnu.org/build/386510/nixlog/1/tail-reload
The error message ends with
Configuring NGS-SDK package
checking system type... Linux
checking machine architecture... mips64
configure: error: unsupported architecture 'Linux'
phase `configure' failed after 1 seconds

Could you maybe have a look?

I noticed that the bioinformatics tools tend to not work on mips (where
they will probably not be used in practice anyway). But it would be nice
to investigate nevertheless, and if nothing else helps, deactivate mips
in the supported systems.
