Yes, you're right. It has:
GST_PLUGIN_SYSTEM_PATH, GST_PLUGIN_SYSTEM_PATH_1_0
GST_PLUGIN_PATH, GST_PLUGIN_PATH_1_0
I think any one is sufficent.
