python-minimal on core-updates

While testing libgpg-errror I happened to build pyton-minimal, which failed
to pass its tests. Checking in python.scm, python-minimal includes openssl
so it can pass the _urllib tests (and I'm sure it uses it for something), and
these are the tests that fail.
