Subject: [v3 1/1] gnu: Add erlang.
* gnu/packages/erlang.scm: New file.
* gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
* gnu/packages/patches/erlang-reproducible-build.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_PATCH_DATA): Add it.
