Subject: [PATCH 3/3] doc: Note on inclusive language for documentation.

* doc/contributing.texi (Submitting Patches): New @item:
Point out to use inclusive language when submitting any kind
of documentation.  This copies a section GNU libreboot uses in
their `contributing' but changes the external document link.
