[PATCH] gnu: services: Add git-service.

Right now, this service does not work (vm does not build) when I try to build 
the vm
with "./pre-inst-env guix system vm ../testvm-git.scm", where ../testvm-git is 
a file I will append in the 2nd follow-up message.
