Funny reference in bootstrap bash-static

The static version of bash contains a number of non-existant references. They 
look harmless enough and are probably used
for bootstrapping.

The thing is that the hello package ultimately references these through

which means that most packages do. It would probably make sense to have xtrace 
point to a full bash. No?
