Ha ha silly cat.

I found some public-domain code in there as well, and quite a few files
that are probably meant to be BSD-3 but aren't. All added to the list.

(I was going to make some stupid joke about this as well, but now all I
can think of is how different the world seemed back then and how I never
want to update git ever again.)

...anyway, pushed as f6ac3101ff4427af6250daf645c853caba629b4c (zstd) and
0f03c5316819385f3a4047ae50736b3db760f451 (pzstd).
