Subject: [PATCH] pull: Add GUIX_PULL_URL environment variable.

* guix/scripts/pull.scm (%repository-url): Add GUIX_PULL_URL environment
  variable.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix pull): Mention GUIX_PULL_URL.
