Did you compare with <http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/License:Expat> as
well?

If it’s neither X11 nor Expat, ‘x11-style’ looks like the right choice,
yes.

Please check source file headers.  Do they say “GPL version 2 or any
later version”, do they say “GPL version 2”, etc.?
