The url parser doesn't convert from relative to absolute properly if
you have a link like...
"abcd/..../foo.html"
...for example run gurlchecker against: http://www.and.org/foo/a.html
I'm not sure if a relative URL of "abcd/foo/not-here/.." is valid,
where only "abcd/foo" exists. But if so, that fails too.
As a wishlist item it'd also be cool to be able to specify a URL on
the command line.
