Log Message:

1. Cleanups.
2. The cell texters didn't respect cloning-- test and fix.
3. Add 'q' and 't' and 'r' (go to rootclone) to the
   supported keybindings.
4. Move gzz.client.DimIds to gzz.zzutil.Ids.
