Log Message:

Change the YAML format once more, moving to storm:block: URIs (for spans).
Currently faking them on top of mediaserver (i.e., we prepend
storm:block: when saving and strip it when loading).

(Even if Tuomas doesn't consider alpha1 to be usable for any real work,
I do want to use it myself, and I don't want to create gotchas for
myself by saving data in a format that I know will be deprecated later.)
