More thinking about blobs, implementing the voronoi spherical
diagram. Almost ready to render real images.

Next: will probably take one more day for blobs, then start UML:ing
about the frontend and organizing things a little bit again:
several things from lava/gfx need to move to gfx/, and
the compilation relationships between all these need to be thought
out.

Also, thinking in the background about enfilade serialization all the time,
One option is to have newly created spans that have not been saved be
different kinds of objects which have some hooks to them. Could
well be worth pursuing.
