Improve text in xupdf by doubling texture size.

Great, but how to get the textures?

I've managed to create them by running 'perl genimages.pl' in gzz/, with mudyc's help (having a copy of Z-private, of course). It is better, I think, but it isn't good.

I've attached a (big :-/) screenshot that shows xubuoy and gv side-by-side at roughly the same text size at the focus. I've turned papers off and magnifying on so that xubuoy wouldn't be penalized by the additional features (papers are nice, but *will* always put some additional constraints on readability), but gv still wins the contest hands-down. xubuoy is-- well-- just readable, but certainly not comfortable to use.

This is a difficult problem, since the new textures are a speed hog already. But it is also necessary in order for xubuoy to have practical value. Going from xubuoy to gv-- i.e., going from the smoothly animated, paper-backgrounded, magnified view to the plain gv one-- is uncomfortable, but actually reading the paper in xubuoy is *more* uncomfortable. Especially since with papers turned on, readability degrades yet more.

I.e. xubuoy can be used for a demo-- but it's not a house I would care living in ;-)
