(I never used Coreboot.)

It isn't, although it could be useful to be able to find motherboards
known to work with it while having these problems.

I think restricted boot also needs more details, the first list could be
appropriate.

Probably anyone who builds and installs Coreboot knows if it's free,
practically all non-YeeLoong machines have nonfree boot firmware by
default.  I don't have any experience that would help with finding if a
machine has free boot firmware.
