Normally, if halevt is run as a daemon, it should log to syslog
only. Maybe there is something wrong here.
Anyway, the noise produced is not really debugging information, debugging
information is way more verbose. What you are seeing are more like
informational messages: each time halevt starts a command, it reports it.
I'll have a look at separating error messages from informational messages
and have a way to silence informational messages, indeed it is nice for
a daemon to be able to be very silent, especially when run system-wide.
