Details:

Ages are not shown in the patient age related widgets.

Instead of computing ages from absolute values (ie, computations on number of
days), we nned to show the right age in terms of years, months, and years.

We will still timedelta for operations based in minutes and houes. but we eill
use the original relativedelta for ages.
