[Health-dev] GNU Health 3.2 ready for testing and translation

Dear all

I'm happy to announce that the pre-release of GNU Health 3.2 is ready
for testing at the community server. The newer modules (genetics /
uniprot, insurance, ems, service_lab, crypto_lab, .. ) are also
included.

This is the time for finding bugs, documenting and updating the
translations :)

There will be a tarball containing the latest dev snapshot, so you can
also test the local installation and upgrades.

To access the instance

User and passwd are the same as for the stable demo.
