* Update GNU Health login banner and icon
* Include the GNUHEALTH_ICON variable for the icon
* Replace TRYTON_ICON var by GNUHEALTH_ICON
* Include BANNER variable for the greetings login . 
* include the "banner.png" 
* Include SERVER_VERSION on __init__ to match the Tryton server 
* Update client.title value
* Use .config/gnuhealth as the configuration directory 
* Use gnuhealth-client.conf as the config options
* Update the demo server information
* Force Python2 on gnuhealth-client
* include the "banner" client configuration parameter for custom greeter
* Remove windows and Mac installation files
* Remove "tips" section
* Remove PDA mode
