Follow-up Comment #4, task #16418 (project health):

Just tried and the functionality merge works beautifully.

I have included the -p (--export_pot) argument when we just need to generate
the pot file. I've also done some minor updates (like use of f-string and
PEP8).

I think we can now close this task and keep on working on task #16386
