[Health] What does field 'P' stand for under Patients

Dear All,

I would like to find out what the field 'P' under Patients -> Evaluations -> Diagnosis stand for? Creating a new record under the menu, the Form has Patient Directions title and the first field is Procedures.

Does the 'P' stand for Patient Directions or does it stand for Procedures?
