Hi Paras2012/4/3 Paras Jasani <address@hidden>
LuisI tried the Active field, it serves the purpose. Thanks.By making it inactive the respective party is not visible in tryton gui.Is there anyway to make it active through the client ?You can search for "Active: False", in the Search Widget of Parties Tree. Then you can click on the Active field of the Parties Form.RegardsI was able to change the active field in database.ThanksParas

HelloHow can we delete a patient record or party record ?Deleting patient or party records is not a good idea. Transactional systems like GNU Health have dependencies among models, so you can easily break the system if you start deleting records.I suggest that instead of deleting a record, you mark it as "inactive". Check for example the Party form and the "active" field.BestsLuisThanksParas--
