I deleted everything under site-packages and reinstalled all modules and tryton. But it still gives the same error.

Patient Evaluation under Reporting doesn't open a new record. Create a new record option is not working. Is anyone facing the same problem ?  There are no logging errors on the console. Is there any log file i can check for errors ?

Even a second installation on a different system is giving me the same problem.
