I have installed the all latest modules of GNU Health i have the following questions :

1. Where can i can find the patient history ?

You have to install the health_history module [1] to print all the patient history.

 

2. How can i find & print the discharge summary ?

If you install the health_inpatient module [2], you can enter the Discharge Plan in the hospitalization record. There is no discharge summary report yet, but it's easy to create it.
