1. why i am getting this error.

Probably because your server is not running in paralel with your client.
 

2.do i need to boot trytond server befor starting client if so how?  (cd $HOME/gnuhealth/tryton/server/trytond-<YOUR_VERSION_NUMBER>/bin ./trytond)? if i do so, i get following

and curson keeps on blinking i can not run other command to boot client now.

that is a good behaviour, the server is supossed to keep running and it will output the log messages/exceptions/errors of the server in that screen, so don't close it. Open a new terminal window and run then the client after that.

Let me know if that worked.
