[Health] Delete deseases Possible?

Bounmy from Lao Team at CMR.It must be long time>I left CMR to Canada since March 15,2014 and back at CMR,Laos again.I have some questions to ask:

1. Is t possible to get rid of list of deseases (Module ICD10), since CMR add their own 400 more deseases, the search seems to slow things down.If so and how?

2. In mailing list, we found we can get read off medicaments by deleting data in _tryton_.py, and how about in the Product prepopulated in the system.

Your help is appreciated.

** Summary of bug fixes for this patchset **

Main issues have been in the reporting area, fixing reports that still
depended on the old identification code.

* Affected modules (excludes localization / typos) :
  health, health_pediatrics_growth_charts_who, health_qrcodes

* Localization : strings and translations have been revised and updated
  from Transifex (Thanks Bruno !).

* health
-> Fix reports
-> Avoid traceback in updates from older versions (< 2.6) or in
new instances without health institutions.

* PIP / setup.py
-> Include qrcode as a dependency in health_qrcodes
