The patient relevant health conditions are those who are shown in the
main patient record. 

There is not a one-to-one relationship between health conditions and
evaluation. An evaluation might not even have a health condition
associated to it (for example, a routine well-child visit)

Also, benign / self-limiting health conditions are
recorded in the evaluation, but not necessarily they will be part of
the patient relevant conditions. Of course, at the end is the
health professional who will decide whether to include it as relevant
or not.

Finally, you can associate a "followup" evaluation type to an existing
patient health condition. This will be also recorded on the history.
This is quite handy for chronic conditions.

We will include the crypto functionality for the standard lab,
similarly to the evaluation or prescription module. At the moment that
the responsible person signs the lab result, the document will become
read-only.
