I wonder if this is a joke? Or maybe this is a way to ask whether the
participant is serious?
Oye! Maybe they are still piloting their experiment? If not,
and they publish based on data obtained with such a form, that would
be very very bad, of course.
Have you emailed them and asked them in a nice way why they have that
question?
