Hi,

I'm stuck with this and don't know whether it's a usage
problem or a bug...

In the process of trying to make the latest version of
the Hypermail tool, I've encounterd the following problem
which seems to be a bison configuration problem.
A collegue suggested that I retry the configure step
with : ./configure --prefix=/usr/gnu and redo make.
But, this only changes the installation directory
and I still have the problem described hereafter.

I'm using Solaris 8.
Note a file /usr/gnu/share/bison.simple
does exist, but bison wants to access the same
name with GNU in caps.

I don't see where this can be configured and I searched
the info files and found nothing related to path
configuration for this file.

Error messages and version info. follow:

bison -y --debug getdate.y
bison: /usr/GNU/share/bison.simple: No such file or directory
*** Error code 2
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `getdate.c'
skull[webcte] bison --version
GNU Bison version 1.28

Thanks for any help or hints.
