Converting RFC 822 Grammar to Bison Grammar

Hi,

I ma trying to use Bison to parse IMAP commands. However, the IMAP
standard (RFC 2060) defines the gammar according to RFC 822. I didn't
find in the Bison docs that it can process such grammars (particularly
the *repetitions and *lists syntax).

Are there any tools that can convert that grammar to one understandable
by Bison?

If not, are there any URLs/docs with guidelines for such a conversion?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
