Re: Bison-1.31 for Windows

The only difference needed for compiling on MS-Windows (with Mingw, 
i.e. GCC for MS-Windows) was to move the declaration of cp in
src/files.c to the beginning of the function skeleton_find, in order
to avoid a compiler error. See the context diff below.
