Bison.Simple file

Hi,

Is the Bison.Simple file a necessary component of Bison.
The command bison -dv filename.y is not accepting the file
without bison.simple?
The bison.simple is renamed in the instances of its usage.
Can I use a different function other then yyparse and define the
same in the renamed bison.simple say simpleparser.c!!

Kindly help me out on this.
