Bison and Unicode

Hello,

Is there a Unicode patch available for Bison? If not, how do I go about
making my Bison application Unicode compliant?
I read somewhere that you need to change the starting point of the token
numbering to the Unicode range? How do I go about doing this? Also, please
let me know how I can allow access to Unicode character within my grammer
(.y) file.
